ITINERARY
SUN: DUBROVNIK
Arrive Dubrovnik, transfer to hotel.
Overnight: Dubrovnik (D)
MON: DUBROVNIK – SPLIT
Morning sightseeing tour of Dubrovnik, a town inscribed on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Visit Franciscan Monastery with Europe’s third oldest pharmacy, Rector’s Palace and the Cathedral. Travel along the Adriatic Coast and Neretva River Delta to Split.
Overnight: Split (BD)
TUE: SPLIT – TROGIR – ZADAR
Enjoy a morning city tour of Diocletian’s Palace - a World Heritage Site; the Peristyle; Jupiter’s Temple and the Cathedral. Depart for Trogir, a picturesque medieval town and visit the Cathedral of St. Lawrence. Proceed to Zadar for the night.
Overnight: Zadar (BD)
WED: ZADAR – ZAGREB
Morning tour of Zadar, including the Roman Forum from the 2nd century BC and the 9th century pre-Romanesque Church of St. Donatus - the symbol of the city. Afternoon departure for Zagreb, the capital of Croatia.

THU: ZAGREB - PLITVICE
Morning sightseeing tour of Zagreb including the fortified Upper Town, the city’s historical centre, St Mark’s Church with a multi-coloured roof, the Cathedral, the Croatian National Theatre and University. Depart for Plitvice Lakes National Park, under the protection of UNESCO for its natural beauty, its diversity and harmony of shapes and colours in any season. The Plitvice Lakes were shaped by limestone sediments and minerals spread by water flow and absorbed by plants and trees. Over time these turned to stone, a unique phenomenon of the Karst region.

FRI: PLITVICE
After breakfast, we tour the Plitvice Lakes National Park, a magical world of animals, moss, forests, sunlight and a string of sixteen crystal clear emerald lakes that spill into each other, forming cascades of thundering waterfalls.

SAT: PLITVICE – TRILJ – DUBROVNIK
Depart for Dubrovnik; drive via Trilj and along the Valley of Cetina River. Dubrovnik is an ancient town, surrounded by ramparts and fortresses, is a treasure trove of architectural and cultural masterpieces, scrupulously preserved over the centuries.
