Arrive Zagreb, transfer to hotel. Balance of day at leisure. Explore the city’s numerous shops and galleries, or stop for a drink in one of the cafes in Tkalciceva Street, a favourite meeting place of both locals and their guests.

Morning tour of Zagreb, Croatia’s capital city. See the fortified Upper Town, the city’s historical centre, St Mark’s church with multi-coloured roof, the Cathedral, Croatian National Theatre and University.

THU: ZAGREB – PLITVICE - ZADAR
Morning departure for Plitvice National Park, inscribed on the List of World Heritage Sites by UNESCO and enjoy a tour of the 16 crystal blue lakes cascading into 92 spectacular waterfalls. Walk on the wooden promenades to view majestic waters where every turn leads to a breathtaking scenery and yet another waterfall. Surrounded by dense woods Plitvice lakes are a natural phenomenon of rare and unique beauty. Depart for Zadar.

FRI: ZADAR - SPLIT
After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of Zadar through the Roman Forum from the 2nd century BC, passing by the 9th century pre-Romanesque church of St. Donatus as well as St Anastasia church. Continue to Trogir and later to Split. A city tour of Split, covering the Diocletian’s Palace inscribed on the UNESCO’s List of World Cultural Heritage, the Peristyle, Jupiter’s Temple and the Cathedral.

Travel along the Makarska Riviera to Dubrovnik, a city inscribed on the List of World Sites by UNESCO and visit of the Cathedral (no entrance to the Treasury).
